CoGro offers a selection of made-to-order sandwiches, toasted and put together with love by our Sammies team! Try our famous Top-Secret cream cheese on a double toasted cheddar bagel, or grab a breakfast bagel before your Monday 8:30 class. Our popular ALT bagel or Stacked Sammy make a perfect lunch option.

We offer a number of delicious baked goods, including five flavours of muffins and fresh baked cookies! Seasonally we offer locally sourced fresh baked scones, a staff favourite, as well as a variety of options such as caramel apple crisps or nanaimo bars.

We offer a number of La Rocca Deluxe cakes, including fan-favourites Red Velvet and Caramel Brownie Cheesecake! Available flavours differ by day, but you can always expect a sweet treat waiting for you at CoGro!

CoGro offers a number of options for those with dietary restrictions! For those who are vegan or gluten free, our premade Power Bowl, Chocolate Cupcake, and Walnut Carrot Cake appease both diets! We also offer a vegan burrito, and any made-to-order or build-your-own sandwiches can substitute gluten free bread. 

For vegetarian customers, our premade Caprese and Taco Salad, as well as the Hummus Sandwich and ALT Bagel make the perfect meal!
